Herb-Crusted Halibut with Lemon Butter
Meaty halibut fillets under a crisp herb and panko crust, finished with a glossy lemon butter sauce. Elegant enough for company, easy enough for Tuesday.
Ingredients
Serves 4- 4 fillet halibut fillets
- 0.75 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1 lemon
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic clove, minced
Instructions

Heat the oven to 400F and line a baking sheet.

Mix panko, dill, parsley and olive oil into a herby crust.

Brush each halibut fillet with Dijon and press the crumb mixture on top.

Bake for 14 to 18 minutes until the crust is golden and the fish flakes.

Melt butter with garlic and a squeeze of lemon into a quick pan sauce.

Spoon the lemon butter around the fish and serve immediately.
