Korean-Style Pork Lettuce Wraps (Ssam)

Ingredients
Serves 4- 1.25 lb ground pork
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 2 tbsp gluten-free tamari
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 4 clove garlic
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger
- 1 head butter lettuce
- 1 cup kimchi
- 3 green onions

- 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
Instructions

Whisk gochujang, tamari, sesame oil, and brown sugar into a sauce.

Brown the ground pork in a hot skillet, breaking it into crumbles.

Add minced garlic and grated ginger and cook until fragrant.

Pour in the sauce and simmer until the pork is glazed and sticky, about 4 minutes.

Separate the butter lettuce into individual cups and rinse.

Spoon the pork into the lettuce cups and top with kimchi.
