Garlic Butter Steak Bites with Blistered Green Beans

Ingredients
Serves 4- 1.5 lb sirloin steak
- 1 lb green beans, trimmed
- 3 tbsp butter
- 5 clove garlic
- 2 tbsp avocado oil
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley
- 1 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp black pepper

- 0.5 tsp red pepper flakes
Instructions

Cut the steak into 1-inch cubes and pat very dry, then season with salt and pepper.

Heat avocado oil in a large skillet over high heat until smoking.

Sear the steak bites in a single layer for 2 minutes without stirring, then toss and cook 1 minute more; remove.

Add the green beans to the pan and blister over high heat until charred and crisp-tender, about 5 minutes.

Lower the heat, add the butter and minced garlic, and cook until fragrant.

Return the steak to the pan and toss everything in the garlic butter.

Finish with chopped parsley and red pepper flakes.
