Grilled Bone-In Pork Chops with Peach Bourbon Glaze
Thick double-cut pork chops grilled to a juicy blush and brushed with a smoky peach bourbon glaze. Summer barbecue with a sweet, boozy backbone.
Ingredients
Serves 4- 4 bone-in pork chops
- 2 ripe peaches
- 1/4 cup bourbon
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 2 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
Instructions

Simmer diced peaches, bourbon, honey and mustard until thick and jammy, then blend smooth.

Season the pork chops with smoked paprika, salt and pepper.

Grill the chops over medium-high heat 5 minutes per side, building a good sear.

Brush both sides with the peach glaze and grill 1 more minute per side to caramelize.

Pull the chops at 140 degrees F internal and rest 5 minutes.

Serve with extra glaze and grilled peach halves alongside.
