Buffalo Cauliflower Wrap
Crispy baked cauliflower tossed in tangy buffalo sauce, wrapped up with cool ranch slaw and creamy avocado. All the spicy comfort of game-day wings, meat-free.
Ingredients
Serves 4- 1 head cauliflower
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup buffalo hot sauce
- 1/2 cup plant milk
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 cup romaine lettuce
- 1/3 cup ranch dressing
- 1 avocado

- 1 medium carrot
Instructions

Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.

Whisk the flour with the plant milk and a pinch of salt into a batter, then coat the florets.

Bake the battered florets on a lined tray at 450F for 20 minutes until crispy.

Toss the hot cauliflower with the buffalo sauce until fully coated and bake 5 more minutes.

Shred the romaine and carrot and toss lightly with the ranch dressing.

Warm the tortillas and layer with the slaw, buffalo cauliflower, and sliced avocado.
