Honey-Citrus Glazed Chicken with Orange and Thyme
Pan-seared chicken breasts glazed in a glossy honey, orange and thyme reduction. Sweet-tart and sticky with a fragrant herbal edge.
Ingredients
Serves 4- 4 chicken breasts
- 0.5 cup orange juice
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme
- 2 clove garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp orange zest
- 1 tsp sea salt
Instructions

Season the chicken with salt and sear in olive oil until golden on both sides.

Remove the chicken and add garlic to the pan until fragrant.

Pour in orange juice, honey, thyme and zest and simmer to a syrupy glaze.

Return the chicken and spoon the glaze over to coat.

Simmer until the chicken is cooked through and the glaze clings.

Rest briefly, then plate with the pan glaze spooned over.
